Our office provides an address for the delivery of Service of Process on behalf of the foreign institutions under a Certification Regarding Correspondent Accounts for Foreign Banks.
In the event of Service of Process being served, our office will accept it and quickly forward it to you.
Once the service is purchased, a corporate service representative will contact you with the Registered Agent Name and Physical Address to use in the state you require the service in.
