The Delaware Corporation Annual Report Filing Deadline is: Midnight March 1st, 2006 **Attention all Delaware Corporation Owners** The Delaware Corporation Annual Report Filing Deadline is: Midnight March 1st, 2006 That’s right; the deadline to file your 2005 Delaware Franchise Tax Report for all Delaware Corporations is midnight tomorrow. Any Corporation which has not filed the report by the due date will be charged a $100.00 penalty plus interest. Any corporation which has not filed the report and paid the taxes by February 28, 2006 will not be able to get a good standing certificate until the report is showing as filed and the taxes are showing as paid on Delaware's database. All Limited Liability Company owners need to take note that the 2005 Delaware LLC taxes will not be due until June 1, 2006.
