Many Federal and State statutes require that you appoint
a Registered Agent to accept process or other communications
in conjunction with these statutes. In most cases, we
can serve as your agent and, again in most cases, the
fees are almost always the same
in each jurisdiction. Certain statutes have more onerous
requirements resulting in a higher fee.
